New Agent Announcement

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I have some exciting news to share.

I've officially joined Vanguard Properties as a real estate agent! Vanguard is the largest boutique brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I couldn't be more ready for this next chapter.

After 15+ years as a product marketing leader in Bay Area tech, I'm closing that chapter and opening a new one. The reason comes down to three things that have guided everything I've done: connection, community, and independence.

Connection is everything to me. I show up for the people in my life –  friends, family, neighbors, colleagues – and I care deeply about those relationships. I also feel a deep personal connection to real estate itself. Growing up, my father had a real estate business called Kushner & Co. – Sunday open houses, and neighborhood scouting were a family tradition. It planted something in me early.

Community is where I'm rooted – the schools, markets, fitness studios, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and familiar faces that make a neighborhood feel like home. I'm a Bay Area kid raised across San Francisco and Marin, and I've called Presidio Heights, the Inner Richmond, North Beach, Russian Hill, the Panhandle, the Castro, Cow Hollow, Sausalito, Mill Valley, Greenbrae, and San Rafael home. I know all the back roads.

And independence – that one is personal. As a single mom and proud female, solo, homeowner in the Castro, I know firsthand what it means to make one of life's biggest decisions on your own terms. I know what courage is required to make a change, take a leap of faith, and truly create the life you want.
